Amanda Fischer
CEO, iLEAD CA
She has worked with learners in special education, Title 1, ELL, At-Promise, and GATE, from preschool through high school. She holds a bachelor’s in general studies with a science emphasis from the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in educational management from the University of LaVerne, and multiple educational credentials. She has been named ACSA Region XV Co-Administrator of the Year, Outstanding Administrator by the SCV PTA, and was recipient of the Santa Clarita Teacher Tribute Award.
As the Executive Director of iLEAD California for five years, her dedication to improving educational systems led her to focus on building relationships with staff, authorizers, and consultants to fully support all aspects of iLEAD California. She worked with school directors and provided leadership support, assisted with program development, reauthorization, and legal compliance.
Now as iLEAD California’s Chief Executive Officer, Amanda’s vision is to build an education system that meets the needs of all students through innovative educational programming, collaboration with staff and leaders, operations, strategic planning and, at the core, relationship-building.
Amanda believes in empowering learners and staff with the tools they need to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
Amanda’s family has longtime roots in the Santa Clarita Valley (more than 100 years!) and she and her husband live in Santa Clarita with their four children.
